The vegetables are cleaned, washed and cut into suitable cubes, then put in oil in a pan separately from each other, first wash, cut and clean the leeks in 3-4 cm pieces and put to harden, leave until soften the leek, then take it out of the pan and place it on absorbent paper.
The chicken breast was kept in a marinade: 1/2 clove of garlic, 1 onion, 1/2 cup red wine, thyme is left to marinate for 1 hour.

Many of us arrive home tired and unwilling to spend much time in the kitchen, so today's recipe is not only easy and quick to prepare, but also healthy.
To prepare this recipe, you need the following ingredients:
- a boneless chicken breast
- a yellow onion, of medium size, cut into scales
- 2 red bell peppers, fleshy, cut into strips
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons cold pressed rapeseed oil
