Tomato soup

Tomatoes are boiled in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the water and allow to cool.

The vegetables are cleaned, washed and cut into larger pieces, the onion is finely chopped and boiled in very little water (enough to cover them) with the green celery tails for about 20 minutes (to remain raw).

Peel and crush the tomatoes (with a blender or chop with a small knife) and cook for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt to taste (I put it delicately on the house), turn off the heat and add the finely chopped greens.

Serve with boiled noodles separately, or with semolina dumplings or croutons.
