- 4 eggs
- 100g ham
- 100g cheese
- a smaller Transylvanian
- one tomato
- a pinch of salt
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
METHOD OF PREPARING THE RECIPE Omelette:
Chop the ham and cheese into cubes! Chop the peppers and tomatoes very finely.
Beat eggs very well, add salt and chopped ingredients and mix.
Prepare the omelette in a Teflon pan so as not to add oil. Bake with a lid over medium heat. Above we can grate cheese.
