Macaroons

Finally I came to recipe no. 500. I wanted something special, but easy. I hope you enjoy the idea!>: D

  • egg white 10 pieces,
  • almond powder 200 g,
  • ground walnut 200 g,
  • vanilla powdered sugar 250 g,
  • almond essence 1/2 vial,
  • orange free 1/2 vial,
  • chocolate ornaments,
  • Almond flakes.

Servings: 12

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

HOW TO PREPARE Pricomigdale:

Beat the egg whites vigorously with a pinch of salt and vanilla powdered sugar until a creamy mass is obtained. Then add the almonds, ground walnuts, flavors and mix gently until all ingredients are incorporated. In a tray lined with parchment paper, place small piles of the above composition, garnish to taste with chocolate or almond flakes. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes on low heat with the door ajar. Good luck with that!
